Full-Time Guest Experience Coordinator

Oversee & manager the Gurest Experience, whic includes excellence trainingg for all staff and service partners and development of content.

Oversight of the Guest Survey Program.

Establish operational standards & service processes.

Plan & Assist in facilitation of New Employee Orientation in conjunction with HR.

Develop & supervise  new Venue Host Program

Process & Track all orders from convention exhibitors.

Work with Event Managers to coordinate exhibitor customer serivce.

Coordinate daily operations of Exhibitor Services

Research & solve customer service issues

Recommend & implement goals, objectives & practices for providing effective & efficient customer service. 

Staff Supervisor for part-time events services team members

Lead the Newsletter Team and work in association with the Training & Cirriculum Coordinator
